Shipping & Returns
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you wish to return an item, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Shipping costs for returning an item are at the buyer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details for further instructions.
SHIPPING
All items are custom made and are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please contact us.
Custom stickers can take from 1-3 business days to be printed and processed. If you need these urgently, kindly send us an email.
SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
The Mindful Mirror's Australian untracked orders are posted via standard postage mail using Australia Post. We recommend if you wish to receive your order as soon as possible to select 'tracked' shipping at checkout, via our delivery partner, Sendle.
AUSTRALIA
- FREE UNTRACKED SHIPPING (3-14 Business days after dispatch)
- TRACKED SHIPPING (2-5 days after dispatch, WA expect delays)
INTERNATIONAL
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (7-10 Business days after dispatch) - Additional duties & taxes payable by customer
